Manager I will be responsible for driving daily business metrics and deliverables while working on data analysis and presentation for the site leadership team.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage a team of 20-25 Associates.
- Developing and/or referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
- Drive operational and business goals/metrics for the team
- Manage a team of associates and ensure high service delivery across all business deliverables.
- Own end-to-end service team management responsibilities of associates- Includes schedule adherence, compliance adherence etc.
- Set a high quality bar and continuously reinforce a culture of quality and innovation
- Drive continuous focus on process excellence through Gemba
- Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information
- Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data. Proficiency in SQL Query building, or other data databases management
- Proficiency in visualization tools Microsoft Power BI, Excel
- Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard
- Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop BI solutions to deliver insights and metrics to stakeholders with rapidly evolving requirements
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

A day in the life
Manager-I, Operations is responsible for managing a team and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity. The job involves organizing, planning and prioritizing delivery of production and quality KRAs of the team. The candidate should have a basic understanding of the people management and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form. Candidate should be able to come up with process improvements and drive business KRAs.

About the team
The Global Operations - AI (GO-AI) team handles exceptions remotely in the Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers Globally. GO-AI seeks to complement automated vision based decision-making technologies by providing remote human support for the subset of tasks which require higher cognitive ability and cannot be processed through automated decision making with high confidence. This team provides end-to-end solutions through inbuilt competencies of Operations and strong central specialized teams to deliver programs at Amazon scale. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Onsite HYDERABAD

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of Program management or BA experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel and data visualization products and applications
- Advanced proficiency in writing codes in SQL, R , Python
- Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, and ETL Manager

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in managing critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility
- Experience of managing core Operations teams and raising the bar in business delivery.
