Summary: As a Tech Delivery & Op Excellence Lead, you will use operational excellence methods, processes, and tools to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. You will drive continuous improvement and partner with project and sales teams as the technology delivery subject matter expert. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in delivery excellence to oversee project delivery, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. - Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and initiatives. - Identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization. - Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Excellence. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Process Coaching, Six Sigma. - Strong understanding of operational excellence methods and tools. - Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives. - Ability to analyze data and identify areas for process optimization. - Excellent project management and leadership skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Delivery Excellence. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Bachelors degree is required.
