We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead our Managed Services team in the Energy & Utilities domain. Responsibilities

• Process Definition and Optimization:

o Define and continuously improve processes for delivering managed services contracts.

o Streamline workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.

o Continuously improve service delivery processes based on feedback and industry standards.

• Resource Allocation and Team Management:

o Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.

o Lead and mentor a team of support engineers, technicians, and analysts.

o Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Client Satisfaction:

o Act as the primary point of contact for managed services clients.

o Understand client needs, expectations, and pain points.

o Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.

• Contract Management:

o Oversee the execution of managed services contracts.

o Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Project Reporting:

o Prepare regular project status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

o Highlight achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.

o Present project updates during governance meetings.

• Technology Expertise:

o Familiarity with various technologies commonly used in managed services (e.g., IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity).

o Knowledge of GIS technologies, automation testing will be preferred

o Ability to guide technical discussions and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications: Preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Experience:

o Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in managed services.

o Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.

o Previous experience leading teams in support and maintenance services.

• Skills:

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).

o Strong problem-solving abilities.
