Role Name: Senior Engineer (Oracle Fusion), Application Reliability Engineering (ARE) – Finance Technology
Desired Experience Range: 8 years to 14 Years
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad
Tech Profile/Essential Skills:
. Oracle Fusion Administrator with Intermediate Developer skills.
. Functional knowledge of GL, AR, AP, CE, FA, PA including security maintenance, system configuration and integration.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
. Hands-On experience of -5 7Years working on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
. Experience and Knowledge in Oracle Fusion to involve in cloud migration project.
. Previous experience in Oracle implementations a significant advantage.
. Demonstrable experience in handling SaaS solutions.
. Provide ongoing support to end-users of Oracle Fusion Application.
. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user inquiries.
. Understand system configurations and security settings.
. Monitor application health, potential failures, etc.
. Experience in troubleshooting incidents within determined SLAs.
. Good to have basic SAP knowledge.
Education and Professional Skills:
. Professional qualification or equivalent.
. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
. Excellent communication & articulation skills.
. Curious about innovative technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
. Relevant Industry certifications will be helpful.
. Agile related certifications preferable.
. Deep technical understanding of development and systems / platform engineering.
. Customer centricity.
. Strategic ability to define technical direction in the portfolio of products including technical strategies and plans and execution plans.
Detailed Responsibilities:
. Ready to work in a 24/7 operating model covering all geographies, mainly UK business hours and weekend on call.
. Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.
. Resolve customer service issues and thoughtfully handle complex customer service problems.
. Administration of Service No w to assign tickets to team, and leverage information within Service Now to maintain efficient and complete support service to the business.
. Lead customers’ expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer
satisfaction.
. Ongoing systems administration, configuration, end-user support and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud and other related tools.
. Preparation and maintenance of documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents etc).
. Assist with the design and delivery of product and other technical training.
. Create/maintain user accounts and interact with end-users to fix and resolve issues and questions.
. Tackle and fix defects for planned releases and production issues, research and find opportunities to apply standard methodologies, guidelines to improve system efficiency,scaling, and monitoring.
. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain basic workflows/bugs/Defects rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, automated approvals, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects.
