Job Title: Credit Card Data Modernization and Data Analytics Specialist 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional for Credit Card Data Modernization and Data Analytics project. As a Credit Card Data Modernization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the credit card data infrastructure for one of our US Banking clients, ensuring its alignment with modern technologies, and leveraging advanced analytics for insightful decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Modernization:

   - Lead the modernization efforts for our US Banking client’s credit card data infrastructure, ensuring compatibility with cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement scalable data solutions.

2. Data Analytics:

   - Develop and implement advanced data analytics strategies to derive actionable insights from credit card data.

   - Utilize statistical models, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making processes.

3. Data Quality Assurance:

   - Establish and maintain robust data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of credit card data.

4. Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and drive the successful execution of data projects.

   - Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.

5. Documentation:

   - Create comprehensive documentation for data processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer within the organization.

6. Security and Compliance:

   - Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive credit card information.

   - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of consulting, analytics delivery experience

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading data modernization projects, specifically within the credit card domain.

- Experience in Credit Card data science, product insights projects.

- Strong proficiency in data analytics and statistical modeling.

- Proficient in SQL, Python, big data platforms (Hive/Impala/PySpark), or other programming languages.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.

- In-depth knowledge of data quality assurance practices and methodologies.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Certifications in relevant areas such as data management, analytics, or security.

Job Location and Work Timings:

- Location: Gurgaon (2 days work from office)

- Timings: 12PM IST – 22PM IST
