We are searching for a Sr. Digital Supply Chain Manager who can lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

By doing so, we remove distribution limitations and level the playing field across studios, so every title is available to every customer worldwide and the best content wins.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 5+ years of working with external suppliers experience
