Senior Executive - F&CS (Technical Facilities)

What will you do?

  • Building Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, DG sets, UPS units, and fire alarm systems (FAS), with zero downtime.
  • Pre-Monsoon & Summer Preparedness: Prepare the facility for seasonal changes, optimizing systems for both pre-monsoon and summer conditions.
  • Augmentation & Uplifting Requirements: Manage and address requirements for system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Introduce and enforce industry best practices to enhance facility operations.
  • Cost Saving Initiatives: Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with landlords, architects, and project teams for effective facility management.
  • Scrap Clearance: Oversee the clearance and proper disposal of scrap materials.
  • Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse operations, including efficient storage and handling of equipment.
  • Asset Tagging & Maintenance: Implement and maintain an asset tagging system for tracking and managing facility assets.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in HVAC systems and a track record of executing large-scale mechanical projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including HVAC, DG sets, UPS, and fire alarm systems.
  • Personal Traits: Soft-spoken, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on holidays and non-working hours for maintenance activities and during major events.
  • Shift Work: Ability to work shifts as required during events such as IPL and the Olympics.
