What would you do? The Project Manager is a professional who oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of single or multiple projects (short term or long term), with specified deliverables, combining different management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, etc) and project management tools. Their role in the project includes defining the scope of the project in collaboration with client/DPM, create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, determining the resources, develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities, and keep full reporting communications channels at the internal (senior management) and external (final customer and parties involved) on project status. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design The Content Management team focuses on organizing, categorizing, auditing and publishing content and information with the help of specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals. They are also responsible for auditing and ensuring quality of online content by flagging risks and providing clear feedbacks on errors. The team is responsible for managing the content on websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.
What are we looking for? ? Minimum 5-7 yrs experience in web environment, web assembly, CMS systems ? Experience with onshore/offshore delivery model ? Web development experience required; agency and/or content skills preferred ? Strong decision making and program management skills ? Proactive thinking and behavior ? Critical thinking and problem-solving skills ? Strong client communication skills, both verbal and written ? Data analysis and or metrics/reporting skills ? Ability to critically assess a project or process to identify improvement opportunities ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities: ? Maintain overall project plan. ? Oversee the day-to-day production of client emails and coordination of email production team to develop project goals and production milestones. ? Manage governance, change control processes and operational metrics. ? Report program status and escalate issues. ? Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to business partners. ? Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. ? Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. ? Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects. ? Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. ? Assists with proposal efforts including project scoping, level of effort assessments and project plan development. ? Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and general client/server architecture Knowledge on HTML, CSS, CMS Tools Insights into Project Management tools like JIRA / Rally, etc Possesses a thorough understanding of our team s capabilities
