Key Objective / Purpose of Job:

·         Service assurance 

 

Essential Qualifications:

·   BE/B.Tech (Electronics / Telecommunications/computer) with at least 2 year of experience

 

·                 Requisite Skill Sets:

 

A) Technical

·                 Experience of working on IP/ MPLS Networks, MetroE with Cisco series 7600, 7200 Switch Series 3700, 3500,3400,2900,

·                 Network protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, ISIS, MPLS etc.     

·                 Knowledge of L2 protocols STP, VTP, HSRP

·                 Knowledge of Static and Dynamic routing, L2/L3 VPN.  

·                 Knowledge of access list, IP Sub-netting, OSI & TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP.                                                                                                                            

·                 Basic knowledge of troubleshooting of IP networks.

·                Technical skill in the areas of Provisioning/Configuration and Network Operation center

·                 CCNA Certification added advantage.

 

B) Behavioral

·         Excellent communication skill, Clear English speaking and writing ability,

·         Basic Project management skill

·         Excellent co-ordination and Inter-personal effectiveness

·         Have systematic approach towards work areas

·         Should be able to cope up excellently under stressful circumstances.

 

Work Experience:

· At least 2 Years experience in the field of Telecom / IP domain.
