Job Description

Executive - Cost Assurance (Third Party)

What will you do?

  • Verification and Processing of Invoices: Thoroughly review and process invoices for the respective Business Units (BUs).Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
  • GST Reconciliation and Compliance: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and requirements. Perform regular reconciliation of GST transactions with the GST portal, resolving any discrepancies.
  • TDS Deduction and Compliance: Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) deduction processes accurately and in compliance with regulations. Prepare and file quarterly and annual TDS returns, issuing TDS certificates as required.

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP system functionality and experience in extracting and analyzing financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
