Description
6+ years working in an agile environment as a PMO and Good Knowledge of Agile Framework Scrum, Kanban. Monitor projects progress Identify risks on a timely manner and ensure proper escalation to management team, Proposing mitigation actions. Evaluate issues & impact; ensure their resolution Highlight strategic decisions by management team. Facilitate the communication amongst stakeholders. Produce progress reporting documentation Experience in determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Experience in OutSystems environment with Dotnet Exposure. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration etc Scrum Master, Agile Certifications, PSM Certification must. Daily Stand-up Meetings, Spring Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective, Backlogs and new requests handling etc. Worked with PMT tools like Jira, RedMine, Asana, Trello, Confluence
