Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes and conducting reviews. Your typical day will involve working with global QA initiatives and processes, and ensuring the quality of Salesforce Testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures for Salesforce Testing. - Conduct reviews and audits of Salesforce Testing processes to ensure compliance with global QA initiatives and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in Salesforce Testing. - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Testing. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Salesforce Testing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in automation testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, and LoadRunner. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience in developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Experience in conducting reviews and audits of testing processes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
