Advanced Field Service Engr
Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the NOC team, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
Formalize Standardization of NOC operations
Develop & deploy IBMS solutions and NOC Integration SOP / Rule Book/Blue Book
Monitor JACE network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate with other teams to resolve them.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for the JACE NOC.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Analyze network data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
Prepare and present regular reports on network performance and incidents.
Manage and maintain NOC tools and equipment.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new NOC staff.
PAN India JACE should be upgraded to latest available version
NOC N4 Supervisor should be upgraded to latest available version
Ensure seamless connectivity between Netcool and N4 Supervisor via Driver and WebSocket
Support PAN India team as technical focal point
Support Gurgaon & Rajasthan team to grow the business
Participate & Govern QBR/Governance calls with customers
Support North TCS teams to handle complex technical calls
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Niagara N4 TCP Certification
7+ years of experience in field service operations or a similar role in Automation industry.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
Strong understanding of JACE network infrastructure and network hardware.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Niagara tools and monitoring systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
Knowledge of CPO, Niagara Commissioning
