Project Role : Business Process DesignerProject Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Your typical day will involve partnering with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements, as well as participating in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. - Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. - Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies. - Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Strong understanding of business processes and process design. - Experience with process mapping and documentation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
