Lead Associate - Onboarding Support

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate - Onboarding Support

We are looking for an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group.

Responsibilities

• Working on New hire onboarding requests
• Tracking of Assets Delivery to user – Procurement & User communication
• Validation of Access req like Citrix/Network drives - Manager coordination for basic Access + Communicate with manager for Additional Access required and walk them through for submitting the requests (Educate on ServiceNow Catalogs if required)
• Laptop Setup and Installation + MFA
• Trifecta issuance - Telephony setup 
• Educate Users for additional Requests
• Onboarding Weekly Report
• HR Coordination + Hiring manager Coordination + User DOJ on Welcome calendarized support setups

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

·       Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
