Job Description 

 

Responsibilities include conducting thorough research on topics, generating ideas for new content types, creating suitable designs and graphics for the content etc. Also essential for the role is the ability to use various tools to create the videos and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Write innovative content for our various communication and web content requirements
• Come up with innovative ideas to create campaigns/communication materials like mailers, PowerPoint presentations, and SharePoint pages.
• Develop and manage the creation of visually engaging and brand-compliant graphics 
• Use visualization skills to create suitable layouts and present data in engaging infographics and visual formats.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Be familiar with audio and video recording/editing tools and software
• Create animations, Gifs in terms of graphics and content
• Proficiency with photo editing and graphic software’s 
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduates/Post Graduates in Visual Design preferred
• Certifications pertaining to the domain will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills:

• High proficiency in English language and writing 
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven work experience in similar role 
• Proficiency with Graphic design tools such as Photoshop. Illustrator, Power Point, Outlook format templates and Animate 
• Familiarity with tools like Vyond, Captivate, Adobe After effects, and Storyline is a plus.
• Portfolio of published articles/graphics
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience of managing a range of stakeholders and a sound understanding of the stakeholder management process
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others collaboratively
• Ability to take on responsibilities and being accountable for all deliverables
