The opportunity

Globally KPMG’s Managed services business is set to grow 4X over the next three years with an ambition of $1.6B revenue in FY 27. 

The Senior will be responsible for driving end to end proposal writing process and support in pursuits and scale the KAMS CH to support various KPMG Member Firms globally.

Roles & responsibilities

•Create the document structure according to RFx requirements and collaborate with onshore engagement teams to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the requirements•Strong hold and understanding of the proposal writing process and ability to manage multiple proposal opportunities and shadowing junior team members•Working with onshore resourcing team and supporting the team with allocation and managing requests•Quickly grasp the objectives for proposals and presentations and identify the requirements for the KGS Pursuit Support team to ensure successful outcomes•Create and maintain standard presentations and content library that can be reused in future opportunities as applicable•Gather and evaluate data from internal portals, engagement teams, and leverage standard templates to deliver high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines•Collaborate with onshore teams to establish a repository of recent client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and marketing collateral•Ensure that all relevant documents are added to the repository/Microsoft SharePoint and track status to meet project deadlines•Create professional and visually appealing presentations and proposals that meet clients' expectations and adhere to the KPMG Brand Guidelines•Maintain a relentless focus on customer-centricity, and leverage excellent problem-solving skills to simplify complex business problems•Manage and guide team members to achieve project objectives, providing support, feedback, and coaching as needed•Identify process improvement opportunities and explore automation possibilities to minimize manual efforts and increase overall project efficiency

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

•BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred

Work experience

•Graduates with 6-8 years or postgraduates with 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/internal research/ proposal management within key technology companies.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Prior experience in people management is preferred•Should have intermediate or advanced PPT and MS Word knowledge, and MS Excel concepts•Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)•Passionate about delivering excellent quality service•High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network•Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and working in a team, excellent relationship development skills•Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalities

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations without compromising on quality and ethical standards and values•Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations, strong time management skills
