KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Consultant – Digital Learning Media Specialists to join our KPMG Learning and Development organization. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with project team members.

• Work closely with functional project managers, content developers, subject matter experts, and quality assurance to deliver best in class digital learning experiences.
• Design and develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations for eLearning courses.
• Think critically, evaluate requests, and confirm understanding to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Sets professional goals for self and takes accountability for own career and skill development.
• Seeks regular feedback and changes behavior to improve performance as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in graphic design, instructional design, multimedia, or similar)
• 2+ years professional experience actively developing web-based training, including multimedia (audio/video) production
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Comfortable in environments with shifting priorities
• Good interpersonal skills with a capability to collaborate and, also work individually
• Strong technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working with rapid eLearning development processes, and resources
• Strong proficiency using audio/video editing tools, such as Camtasia, Adobe CC, Audacity 
• Strong proficiency in all aspects of graphic design, with strong experience using Adobe CC to create graphics, animations, interactive PDFs.
• Experience using Vyond to create engaging animated videos
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 products (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Basic understanding in Articulate Storyline, Rise authoring tools
