Role: Consultant -Tech-Enabled Analytics

Position Summary: The Advisory Technology PMO Consultant will play a crucial role in modernizing deliverables through the strategic use of technology and AI enablement. This role requires an individual with a blend of data analysis skills and a strong technology mindset. The ideal candidate should be able to configure technology solutions, create tech plans, and integrate innovative technologies to enhance our project management deliverables. Additionally, problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills are essential for managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring project alignment.

Work Experience: 

• 6+ years of total experience 
• Experience with Azure DevOps tool and its methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Relevant experience in a consulting or analytical role.
• Certifications in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and AI tools are a plus.

 

.Responsibilities

• PMO Modernization and Technology Enablement: 
  • Assist in transforming PMO deliverables by implementing technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automation and advanced technology in existing and new processes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive technology plans to enable modern, tech-enhanced deliverables for various initiatives and processes.
• AI and Automation:
  • Leverage advanced tools to enhance reporting capabilities, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline data processes.
  • Develop standardized prompts/agents using AI tools to facilitate team use in data analysis, summarization, and presentation, improving efficiency and consistency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: 
  • Examine new report requests and explore data quality issues while independently handling ambiguous tasks.
  • Collect, clean, and process data from diverse sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Summarize findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders through comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Create and enhance Excel and Power BI reports, utilizing advanced formulas, functions, and technology to automate and streamline reporting.
  • Utilize Alteryx to create workflows for complex data and preparation for Power BI reports.
• Communication: 
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and articulate ideas clearly to ensure alignment and effective project outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.

  • Experience in developing technology plans for process or deliverable enhancement.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and technology to enable and modernize deliverables.
  • Experience working with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools with a solid understanding of the underlying technology.
• Data Analysis Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI to develop automated reports and interactive reporting.
  • Basic understanding of Alteryx for creating data workflows.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Ability to use AI tools effectively to enhance reporting and data analysis.
• Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of PMO (Project Management Office) best practices and project management principles are advantageous.
