Associate Consultant Quality & Process
This role is responsible to understand project’s business requirements and support it as a process and quality excellence SPOC by reviewing SOW’s, Estimations, Project plans, millstones, deliverables, Early warnings, Risks as well identify the strengths and best practices followed. • Detail-oriented and thorough, with effective time management skills and excellent in understanding technical writing and editing skills • Skilled in analyzing & organizing various reports, reviews and information based on meeting discussion, business specifications and other available artifacts. • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders (clients, IT management and team members) • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. • Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members • Ability to define or tailor processes for projects to align them with organizational processes. • Exposure to SEPG side of role to identify & execute process improvements as part of continuous improvement programs. • Skills on MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
03-07 years of relevant experience in Quality assurance role with knowledge on quality frameworks like CMMI, ISO.
o Fair understanding of Quality Management System and process around it to govern projects and ensure projects are on track.
o Act as Quality advocate to project / delivery teams by coaching, guiding delivery teams on quality & Process
o Conduct regular quality reviews for the project at various critical milestones and record the observation and communicate with stakeholders
o Identify Early Warnings, Risks in the projects and record and track till closure
o Coordinate with internal auditors and project teams for timely audits.
o Track open actions from various reviews and audits till closure
o Review RCA and action plan for review observations, mitigating risks
o Prepare the weekly/bi-weekly reports on various compliances and share with stakeholders.
o Coach and mentor project teams by conducting awareness sessions about Quality, Process compliance, Risks, Monitoring & Control.
o Knowledge of various metrics measured in different project lifecycles like Agile, Waterfall, Managed Service, Testing etc.
o Broad knowledge various tech stacks of IT technologies and provides advice and challenge decisions made on IT QA matters
o Should be good at preparing various presentation and slides
o Motivated, energetic, and self-driven individual
B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality)
Industry recognized QA (CMMI , ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification
