Responsibilities of the Intern:
Gather information about competitor's policies and practices
Design the best practices for the Human Resources department
Design strategies on Employer Branding
Understand the various companies' Intranet platforms to incorporate the same in our intranet portal
Develop Employee engagement strategies
Prepare SOPs for Human Resources department
Requirements
Possess excellent communication skills.
Showcase organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Should have the ability to collaborate and work with the team.
Know how to work with GSuite and MS Office
Must have creative thinking abilities
