• Proficient in broader software design, code quality, and architecture decisions.
• Proficient in leading and advising architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance.

• Proficient in developing a long-term technical roadmap for the solution area.
• Proficient in investigating and driving analysis for innovations and technologies.
• Proficient in performing software risk analysis, and identifying and implementing mitigation.
• Proficient in Partnering with strategy and solution teams as a solution guide to provide recommendations.
• Proficient in reinforcing and promoting engineering culture and values across the organization and Cerner.
