Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep knowledge on Integration & Cloud. The ideal candidate is an expert in building and managing solutions using integration technologies like ESB, ETL, APIs, Microservices, Message brokers on AWS/Azure clouds. Prior experience with Mulesoft Boomi, Kafka, API Gateways, Kubernetes, Docker is preferred.

This person will

• Architect and design end-to-end solution architecture, work with architecture governance boards to present options & comparisons, provide justifications and create business case, principles, frameworks of multiple approaches.
• Publish patterns & blueprints to speed up with cloud to cloud, cloud to ground & ground to ground integrations
• Understand and align with business capability maps, enable functional architecture & technical design streams
• Proactively collaborate & drive the solution vision along with other architects in the front end , content management, Martech, GenAI, CRM space.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, security and other NFRs.

Primary Skills

The incumbent will have 20-25 years of overall IT experience having grown from a technical role to a senior architect in Integration & Cloud domain. With a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales, a Bachelors degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include -

• Building the new foundations of the offer, strengthening the value proposition and articulating the unique business value
• Supporting the continuous improvement of the offer
• Developing a set of go-to-market assets
• Orchestrating the deployment of the offer in regional center of excellence, responsible for pre sales and delivery
• Ensuring sales and delivery readiness, evangelize and train business developers and account executives on Digital Manufacturing and key offers
• Creating market demand
• Working as deal coach for the bid teams to secure the win of large and/or strategic deals.
• Guide and support account/local practices teams in Digital Manufacturing iconic deals qualification and solutioning (pre-sales/delivery)
• Exposure to large scale customer platforms deals/engagements with multinational clients in the market ; lead conversations with clients CxOs/VPs of Digital Manufacturing regarding platforms architecture and technology.
