Role Purpose
Management of Invoice scrutiny of all Vendor invoices and SLA Monitoring.
Role Accountability
- Manage scrutiny of 800+ Invoices with ~7000K supporting with each cost component and verify authenticity, appropriate approvals and supporting
- Monitor all SLAs related to Billing, Cost Process and payout
- Ensure partners adhere to processes, highlight GAPS if any and take corrective action to plug the gap
- Assist in preparing Cost Tracker and resolve any queries related to cost discrepancy
- Manage detailed scrutinizing of invoices with proper validation with SLA before Payout
- Ensure all Salary payouts are compliant for around 30k+ NFTEs with Minimum Wages Act, the Net Take Home salary in FORCE 24 and other statutory requirements
- Initiate and follow up on recovery of financial leakage if any and SLA related penalty
- Ensure recovery from PSA if the status of an associate is notice recovery in case of F&F
- Cross check incentives claimed by PSA in invoice with Incentive file prepared by BAM Team
- Maintain monthly assets tracker for verifying the Depreciation cost and disposing the unuseful assets if any
- Ensure BCG payment audit on every invoice and payment made as per the approvals
- EnsureTimely completion of e-kyc checker approval process
- Perform periodic tracking of credit notes for submission in a timely manner to avoid any delay
- Ensure new policy adherence for infra variable expense wherein internal matrix are in place for approval / scrutiny of expenses
- Handle internal and External audit requests and queries
Measures of Success
- Invoice Scrutiny Accuracy
- Timely & accurate SLA monitoring
- Timely & accurate publication of business/MIS dashboards
- Validation of invoices within TAT
- Recoveries from Vendor within the prescribed timeline
- Process adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Knowledge of cost accounting & reconciliation
- Knowledge of analytics tools and forecasting techniques

Qualification
CMA, ICWA, MBA Finance, Post graduate in Commerce
