Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Senior Manager in the Audit team. Working as a Senior Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

•Client Delivery – Leading few audit engagements, providing an oversight role on them and monitor high quality audit delivery of the assigned portfolio. •Contribute and drive the development of strategic initiatives and vision on the audit of the future alongside leading audit client delivery by collaborating with audited entity, partners and offshore and onshore team across. •Continual action to increase penetration, identify new opportunities for growth and strengthen integration on audits. •Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of staff members. •Motivate, develop and coach Managers, Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to deliver quality and to become effective leaders. •Maintain rigor around risk & compliance guidelines of the firm, and workout plans to mitigate business risks. •Attract and retain the right talent to support the business growth agenda. •Enable a culture of high performance and establish KGS Audit as the “clear choice” for people. •Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from onshore. •Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews. Work with L&D team to identify training needs.

Educational qualifications

•Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) •Additional certifications (if any)

 

Work experience

7+ years experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients

Preferred Skills

•Quality role .•Strong technical accounting and auditing skills including group audits/subsidiaries audit or Financial Services experience
