Process Overview
The Process Management CoE GBS team functions as a Center of Excellence to provide strategic and innovative advantage to Bank of America through Process Design, Data Insights and Process Excellence Work-streams. It helps support Single Process Inventory enrichment, Design & Execute Process Management, Perform Enterprise Process Management Users & Tools Support, Support Enterprise Client Journey Program & Help with Process Optimization
Candidate will be primarily expected to help support enrichment of Single Process Inventory, design and execute process management and support enterprise Client Journey program through process design and data insights capabilities. The candidate will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing information to create business process models within the process modeling methodology framework (Enterprise Process Management Policy), using ARIS & Process Owner Portal.
Responsibilities*
- Create and update business processes in ARIS (BPM Tool)
- Analyze SPI process information on ARIS/POP to help businesses with process documentation
- Meet data quality and Enterprise Process Management Policy guidelines
- Establish linkages within the defined taxonomies
- Closely work with Process Owners, Senior Leaders, and business stakeholders
- Update, implement, and maintain assigned process inventory
- Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of process models
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
Requirements*
- Education* Graduation degree in any discipline from reputed Institutions/university.
- Experience Range* Candidates with 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Foundational skills*
- Good understanding of process modeling tools such as ARIS, MS Visio, MS-Power point etc.
- Excellence in editing PowerPoint slides, managing spreadsheets in MS Excel
- Eyes for details to suggest improvements for processes
- Self - Motivated & Consistent in delivering to project timelines
- Must possess excellent communication skills, good command on English
- Good understanding of Process excellence concepts on Lean & Six Sigma preferred
- Desired Skills
- Excellent Analytical skills to identify & present gaps with recommendations & plan to drive improvements
- Advance level of communication skills to build strong relationship with stakeholders
- Inclination towards Continuous Improvement practices
- Training & Coaching skills preferred
Work Timings*
11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (9 hours per day Flexible in shifts with Weekends OFF)
The team currently does not work on weekends. However, the prospective candidates should be flexible to work on the weekends to meet the pressing requirements from the Business.
