JOB ROLE: Process Associate / Senior Process Associate
Location: Indore
Job Requirement:
- Any fulltime Graduate who has experience in Generic Banking and Customer Service (Voice / Chat / Operations)
- Willingness to work in all shifts.
- Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employees (No Cash in hand).
- All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.
Experience: 3-5 years
Skill requirement:
- Understanding of the Banking process/operations in Checks & Experience in Helpdesk functions - VOICE / DATA (Chat/Email)
- Experience in Real time monitoring
- Answering phone calls, chats, emails and teams pod questions.
- Answering calls for Retail customers (US individuals - Payee/Payors of Checks) & Banks/FIs (US Domestic Banks)
- Excellent communication skills - Spoken & Written to cater to US Market
- Experience with remittance products, services, applications and/or previous remittance/check operations experience.
- Ready to work in rotational shift / flexible with work schedule of US banks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years equivalent customer service experience
- Keep an eye on teams pods to answer questions that below tiers have from customers.
- Assist with manager call request.
- Monitor phone staffing to ensure ACW stays at a minimum.
- Assist with creating and maintaining job aids in OneNote.
- Create Development support tickets in Jira.
- Assist with maintaining schedules for the Saturday shifts.
