JOB ROLE: Process Associate / Senior Process Associate
Location: Indore
Job Requirement:
- Any fulltime Graduate who has experience in Generic Banking and Customer Service (Voice / Chat / Operations)
- Willingness to work in all shifts.
- Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employees (No Cash in hand).
- All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.
Experience: 1-5 years
Skill requirement:
- Understanding of the Banking process/operations in Checks & Experience in HelpDesk functions - VOICE / DATA (Chat/Email)
- • Answering phone calls, chats, emails and teams pod questions.
- • Answering calls for Retail customers (US individuals - Payee/Payors of Checks) & Banks/FIs (US Domestic Banks)
- • Excellent communication skills - Spoken & Written to cater to US Market
- • Check verification and Onboarding calls for new customers - Queries received via phone, chat, email on check products
- • Experience with remittance products, services, applications and/or previous remittance/lockbox/Check operations experience.
- • Good knowledge in Exception Managment, Technical Validation in Cheques, Investigation of Check Queries
- • Meet/exceed site productivity and quality standards within a timely manner
- • Basic technical in nature from printing issues to setting up Integration with software's.
- • Added advantage - knowledge of Quickbooks integration, other software's and file imports.
