EHL and MHL Component Owner

A purpose driven role for you

To design/ develop/ modify Automotive Electronic and mechanical Ignition lock & EM components like relay, Solenoids, actuators etc
Knowledge of Plastic, metals used in Automotive Ignition lock and their manufacturing processes
Defining Hardware and software requirement for LF/RF, BLE and CAN based communication.
Define Specifications for System level and component level

A Day in the life

~Design of Electronic/Mechanical handle lock and EM components
~Development of HW
~Problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures
~Preparing Design Records and Testing Data

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech in Electrical / Mechatronics Design.
Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Expertise in using Catia and Vehicle Packaging
Excellent understanding of 2 wheeler handle lock design and development(Mechanical and Electronics)
System Level Understanding and Finalise specifications based on System requirement and finalise test methodology
Capable to independently perform system and component level DFMEA
Expert in actuator/Relay design and defining specification
Understanding of Automotive Standards & Functional Safety. E.g. ISO 26262 as well as of safety and EMI requirements related to high power applications
Knowledge of Communication Protocols CAN, BLE,RF/LF

Behavioural Skills

Team Player, Innovative and Imitativeness as Soft Skills are required.
