Shift Engineer AGL
Responsibilities
The Shift Engineer AGL will be responsible for:
Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of airfield ground lighting systems
Leading a team of technicians and providing guidance for effective execution of tasks
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Conducting regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve technical issues
Collaborating with other airport departments to support seamless operations
Preparing reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvements
Participating in the planning and execution of system upgrades and installations
Remaining updated with the latest technological advancements in airfield ground lighting systems
Qualifications
Education QualificationBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
Master's degree or additional certifications in Airport Infrastructure Management (optional).
- 10-15 years of experience in the airports industry
- Demonstrated expertise in maintenance and operation of airfield ground lighting systems
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
