Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role : Infra Tech Support PractitionerProject Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design SolutionsGood to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : 15 years of educationSummary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and providing L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across all server and network areas. - Implement technology at the operating system-level for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. - Provide L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and hardware components. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. - Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-level infrastructure solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
