Relationship Manager - MF
- 1. Manage & ensure 100% collection for all the Micro finance members allotted .
- 2. Ensure leads are generated for retail asset product like LAP /HL
- 3. Has to Ensure & adhere process compliance as defined by the organization while achieving the business targets
- 4. Process Compliance Adhere to the laid down processes for repayment and relationship management with customer.
- 5. Ensure payments are collected in time
- 6. Continues Follow-up on Collection with the customer
- 7. Customer Interaction(Locate and Notify customer)
- 8. Adherence to timelines on collections
- 9. Interact the clients in a courteous manner and maintain punctuality in center meetings.
Update the details of all payments received and deposit the same in branch.
