Specialist - Skill Development
Responsibilities
Work on evaluating Training Need Assessment for the identified TG. Compile and Update the Skill Training Partner/s / Network information
Identifying / Developing training programs that align with the identified skills gap for the employment opportunity Assist in compiling effective curriculum to align with the Industry / Employment Partner. . Maintain / Update Qualification wise Job Roles across Trades / SSC, Training Plan , Training MIS, Assessment MIS, Certification MIS.
Training delivery through a network of Training Partner/s most suitable for the identified skill. Compile / update the Training Partner/s database.
Training Evaluation through feedback from stakeholders and incorporate the learnings / feedback to improve the future training effectiveness.
Effective communication with all the concerned stakeholders from planning to outcomes stage.
Qualifications
3 yrs. In Skill Training planning, execution, and monitoring
