We are currently seeking a Enterprise Architecture Advisor - Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
- >5 years of Service Desk Operations experience
- Experience of managing end point tools - Nexthink / 1E Tachyon / Systrack
- Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
- Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool.
- Act as a liaison between the vendor and our client
- Experience in identifying, implementing and driving automation initiatives
