Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Absence Management and Time & Labor modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and functional skills, enabling them to design, implement, and support PeopleSoft HCM solutions that align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions within PeopleSoft HCM.
Provide expertise in Absence Management and Time & Labor modules, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain technical components such as Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft HCM modules with other systems.
Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical and functional processes.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM with a focus on Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, SQL, and BI Publisher.
Strong understanding of functional processes in HCM and workforce management.
Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
