Manager – Product Innovation

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. This role focuses on product innovation and the development of core technical capabilities in programming, analytics, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Power Apps, Power BI, Alteryx, and ETM tools to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects focused on product innovation and technical solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Utilize Power Apps, Power BI, Alteryx, and ETM tools to design, develop, and implement automation and analytics solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop their technical skills and capabilities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a consulting firm or similar environment.
• Strong technical expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, Alteryx, and ETM tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx Designer).
• Experience with other programming and analytics tools.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, Alteryx, and ETM tools.
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with various programming languages.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics and automation techniques.

Project Management:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex business problems.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and technologies.
