IT Technical Architect
What you will do:
Design and develop technical architecture solutions for various IT projects while ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architecture design specifications.
Oversee and lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices are met.
Review and analyze existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within defined timelines and budgets.
Engage in technology research and evaluations to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
How you will do it:
Utilize your expertise in various programming languages and frameworks to design robust systems.
Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews and documentation standards.
Integrate cloud technologies and services, ensuring optimal configuration for performance and cost efficiency.
Conduct regular architectural reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to strategic goals.
What we look for:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on system design and integration.
Proven experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Deep understanding of networking, security protocols, and enterprise application integration.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience in leading large-scale IT transformation projects.
Familiarity with data architecture and analytics platforms.
