Your day at NTT DATA

Total 10 years industry experience in networking environment and at least 5 years of Technical project Management experience responsible for gathering requirements, scoping a project and produce an executable plan for delivery utilizing Microsoft Project; document deployment processes, support change requests and liaison with carriers and vendors for installations.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

•            Advanced networking technology skills along with a good understanding of cross platform technologies;

•            Certified project manager (typically PMI PMP, PRINCE or comparable);

•            In Depth knowledge and experience of networking technologies with at least the following technologies Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee and Checkpoint;

•            Strong understanding of Ethernet, Spanning Tree, TCP/IP, Routing (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP);

•            Strong understanding of ITIL, network security concepts and service management principals

•            Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and resolve problems and issues;

•            Good communication skills, fluent in local language and English (written/verbal);

•            Strong Stakeholder management ability

•            Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization;

• Seasoned project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Seasoned ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.

• Seasoned ability to promote project services to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Competent in project change management.
• Seasoned knowledge of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project.
• Seasoned problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Required Experience:

• Seasoned project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
• Seasoned client engagement experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.
• Demonstrated competency in project change management.
• Seasoned experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
