Job Title: Windchill Architect
Responsibilities:

BS degree in Mechanical and/or Life Science/ Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.x (all modules)
- Any prior experience with developing and implementing Oracle PLM Cloud (IM, Quality, PD, PDH) – PLM Cloud Certification is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on customer service and positive attitude
- Ability to understand and document various types of customer requirements (business process, functional, technical, data migration, integrations)
- Design and develop end-to-end PLM architecture.
- Able to plan and deliver user test scripts, test plans, end user training, functional and technical design documentation
- Able to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve application or configuration defects in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to work both independently and part of a large team, with full task ownership
- Able to assist other members on the project team with understanding and completion of deliverables
- Assist with presales engagements for PLM projects
