Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Service Now-BMC-Remedy Architect

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the team & work closely with client enterprise architecture team and client ServiceNow Teams

Responsibilities

· Serve as the key technical leader responsible for high-level architecture and design of project solutions.

· Understand latest architecture, technology, solutions, and industry trends.

· Conceptualize solutions that address customer opportunities and issues.

· Evaluate business, information, application, and technology views of the solution approach and identify risks.

· Participate actively in reviewing end-to-end solution processes and preparing technical documents.

· Contribute to enterprise architecture standards and advocate adoption of standard frameworks, methodologies, and procedures.

· Provide technical leadership to the team and create/maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture.

· Design and collaborate with business and development teams to create high-level solution design documents.

· Ensure technical governance and provide architectural controls to deliver appropriate technical solutions.

· Create and maintain a detailed view of integrations and a technical implementation roadmap.

· Have strong skills in analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.

· Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, relationships of data and data transformation.

· Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow or equivalent, JavaScript, Java or equivalent programming background, SQL, and building REST/SOAP APIs

· Can use Eclipse IDE, GIT, Maven, Ant, and Jenkins or equivalent, and work in an Agile/DevOps environment.

· Basic skills and knowledge in UI design, HTML, CSS, Angular JS or React JS and JQuery

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer) / B.E.in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

· Relevant experience as a solutions architect

· Relevant experience in other technical roles such as developer or system analyst

· Must have worked at least one of the programming languages - Java Scripting, Python, .NET / CSharp.

· Strong consultative skills at a cross functional level with ITIL experience

· Analysis level data flow diagrams, UML, activity diagrams, business use cases, business rules, and system level features

· Broad based platform and technical exposure andcomplete software development lifecycle perspective
