Plant Controller - Operations Finance
Job Title: Plant Controller
Location: Pune - Hadapsar (Should be flexible to travel to Thane HO, Ambernath & other Pune plants)
Years of Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: CMA / M. Com
Industry Type: Manufacturing
Sub Family: Financial Planning & Analysis / Business Partnering – P1/P2 – Operations Finance Plant Controller
Profound Experience: Current experience should be in Factory Accounting
Job Description – Factory Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Perform expense analysis cost center-wise for the factory
Conduct conversion cost analysis
Analyze plant efficiency, including capacity utilization and idle time
Monitor monthly production quantities Line of Business (LOB) wise
Monitor plant Capex and calculate ROI on Capex
Supervise scrap disposal processes and approve scrap rates
Perform direct & indirect labor rate variance calculation and analysis
Monitor key Operations KPIs
Control leakages and wastages; run cost improvement programs
Conduct plant forecasting and budgeting of Plant Overheads (Fixed & Variable OH)
Contribute to plant productivity savings
Technical Skills:
Well-versed with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage
Familiarity with monitoring tools – Power BI knowledge is an added advantage
