Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Zscaler Administrator with at least 2 years of experience to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions. The role involves working closely with various IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Zscaler services.
Key Responsibilities:
Zscaler Administration: Manage and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy Zscaler policies, rules, and settings to ensure secure internet access and private application access.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor Zscaler services, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.
Policy Management: Develop, implement, and manage security policies and access controls in Zscaler.
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users for issues related to Zscaler services and ensure timely resolution of problems.
Integration: Collaborate with network and security teams to integrate Zscaler with other security solutions and infrastructure components.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance security and performance.
