Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience often have increased responsibilities such as maintaining and optimizing servers, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues. Strong technical knowledge of Windows server environments, including the ability to install, configure, and maintain them. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and VMWARE environments. Strong knowledge of Windows server 2012/2016/2019 Windows Patch Management and Server Hardening. Knowledge on SCCM & BigFix is preferrable. Problem-solving skills to identify and rectify server and network issues that may affect a companys operations. Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other key Windows server roles and features. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, end-users, and stakeholders, and to provide clear instructions or explanations when needed. Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience in automating routine tasks with scripting languages like PowerShell.
