Summary: As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a data strategy and architecture for improving the management, governance, and security of that information. You will enable organizations to have a single source of truth for all data, helping them translate information into action to drive efficiency and competitive advantage. Your typical day will involve analyzing data requirements, designing data models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity and quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement data strategies and architectures to improve data management, governance, and security. - Analyze data requirements and design data models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and strategy. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of data management, governance, and security. - Experience in designing and implementing data strategies and architectures. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Graduate degree is required.
