Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Analyze user needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs. - Design, develop, and test applications based on business requirements. - Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and guidance to the team. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of SAP SD modules and their integration with other modules. - Experience in designing and configuring SAP SD solutions. - Knowledge of SAP SD pricing, billing, and delivery processes. - Experience in SAP SD implementation projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP development. - Familiarity with SAP SD integration with other modules like MM and FI/CO. - Experience in SAP SD support and maintenance activities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
