Performance Engineer
Project Role : Performance EngineerProject Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Your typical day will involve working on software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the diagnosis of complex performance issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in software development lifecycle and architecture. - Develop and implement performance testing and validation strategies to ensure optimal system performance. - Conduct capacity planning to ensure that systems can handle expected user loads. - Implement application performance management and problem detection and resolution strategies to ensure optimal system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in IT Performance Optimization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture. - Experience in capacity planning. - Experience in application performance management and problem detection and resolution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Performance Optimization. - The JOB FAMILY GROUP for this position is Software Engineering. - This position is for a Performance Engineer with the PROJECT ROLE of Performance Engineer. - This position is based at our Pune office.
