Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage complex programs and projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources allocation in collaboration with project managers and team leads.
- Define program governance structures and establish effective communication channels to provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes, identifying risks and issues proactively, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to project teams, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive change management initiatives associated with program implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive program status reports, executive summaries, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Primary Skills

*Required :
- experience as a Program Manager or in a similar senior project management role, managing large-scale programs or portfolios.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving abilities, with a judicious mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
