Project Role : Business Function Implement PractitionerProject Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Procurement and your strong problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Contribute to the implementation of activities for a specific business function - Analyze and design/re-design business processes - Define parts of an organization Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement - Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes - Ability to define parts of an organization - Knowledge of Oracle Procurement modules and their functionalities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
