Manager- InfoSec
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity or similar or equivalent work experience.
- Total 12 + years .
- GRC, CISM, CISSP, CISA, Audit, ISO, NIST
- Prefer Security Certification(s) (i.e., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other equivalent recognized security certifications.
- Experience working and managing direct reports in a large, geographically dispersed environment.
- Understanding of industry standard regulations, risk management and security controls frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO, PCI, NIST, GAPP, HIPAA, GDPR, CIS, SANS, OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT or IT security teams.
- Strong understanding of information security principles.
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills Desired:
- Understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience with various vulnerability assessment and/or tools a plus (Qualys, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, Armis or similar).
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
