Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead in Project Control Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the program/project control activities. Your typical day will involve leading the team, monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the program/project control activities, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. - Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans. - Provide guidance and support to the project team, and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in program/project management, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, risk management, and change management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a PMP or equivalent certification. - This position is based at our Pune office.
